FACILITY RENTAL POLICY:
To reserve the facility for a private party or event, you must contact social chair, Sabine Tourville(703-658-1892 or email sabine@tentandstructure.com) to ensure that there is no date or time conflict and to discuss the rental policy and fees. Then you must complete a reservation form and Sabine will confirm your event. Make checks payable to LPRC. We are looking forward to the return of our enjoyable social events!
