Your 60 minute water workout includes a warm-up, aerobic exercise, toning and stretches. Music, water weights, and exercise noodles are provided. Contact Anna Brussel at 703-256-0645 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
This program is still FREE for adult members and their guests. Please tell us about your water aerobics interest and circle two days you could attend classes on the dues form. Class days and times will be announced. While at the pool, try to run, walk, skip, or dance to your own beat in the water and youíll be exercising without realizing it!
